MOQ depends on the part and its moulding batch. Most bumper bodies and assemblies start from 20–50 pcs per item, while small accessories can be lower. Send us your target list and we will confirm the exact MOQ for each part number.

Yes. You can combine different BYD models and part numbers in a single order to reach the MOQ. Mixed loading is normal for us.

No. We manufacture replacement (aftermarket) bumper parts designed to fit BYD vehicles. They are not branded or sold as original BYD parts, and we never describe them as such. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Every product page lists the compatible vehicle models. If you are still unsure, send us the OE number or a photo of your old part and we will confirm the correct item before you order.

Yes. Send us the OE number, a physical sample, or a drawing, and we will check whether the tooling is available and quote accordingly.

Standard lead time is around 15–30 days after deposit is received, depending on quantity and whether the tooling is ready. The confirmed lead time is written on your proforma invoice.

Bumper bodies are protected with foam/EPE and packed in cartons. Large assemblies can be palletised or crated. Custom carton printing is available for volume orders.

We normally ship from Ningbo or Shanghai, China, and other ports can be arranged on request. We can quote EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP — tell us your nearest port and we will quote accordingly.

Our standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T with the balance paid before shipment. Other terms can be discussed for regular customers.

Yes. Samples are available. The customer covers the sample cost and courier freight, and the sample cost can be credited back against your first bulk order.

We do not publish prices publicly. Prices are provided only to our existing customers through a private quotation link or access code. Please contact your sales contact, or email us, to obtain access.

We accept claims for manufacturing defects. Please contact us with photos and the packing list within 15 days of arrival, and we will arrange a replacement or a compensation in the next order.
